Chair Yoga :

Join us for a refreshing Chair Yoga class designed specifically for individuals with limited mobility and senior citizens. This gentle practice allows participants to explore the benefits of yoga while seated, ensuring a safe and approachable experience for everyone.

Class Details:

  • Duration: 60 minutes

What to Expect:

  1. Warm-Up: Begin with simple breathing exercises to center the mind and bring awareness to the body. Participants will be guided through gentle neck and shoulder rolls to release tension.
